Traders On The Move

Agency brokers OTR Global expanded its trading presence beyond New York and into Boston with two hires. Christopher Horan joins OTR as an institutional trader. Previously, he worked at Echobridge Capital as a senior analyst. A 15-year veteran, Horan was an equity trader with Fidelity Investments prior to his time at Echobridge. Graham Morrell also joined as an institutional trader. A 10-year pro, Morrell held the same position at Canaccord Adams, covering the financial, REITs and lodging sectors. In addition, institutional sales rep Dominic Lamanuzzi relocated to Boston from the New York office. He joins salesmen Brian Coakley and Mike Hanley, who've been with OTR for several years covering the Boston institutional investment community. Read more…

OTR Global Expanding

Despite the recession that has affected all elements of the financial services industry, OTR Global is expanding. Stanton Green, CEO of OTR Global said in a press release that business at the firm has been growing recently and it is time to add resources. Additional resources will be added in Boston, including two new hires: Christopher Horan and Graham Morrell. The move will increase OTR's research and trading services in the Boston. Prviously trading was only handled out of New York. The Boston office widens OTR's footprint, which had already extended From New York to San Francisco through to Shanghai and Germany.
