Stanton Green, President and Chief Executive Officer

Stanton Green joined OTR Global LLC as President and CEO in July 2007. Prior to OTR, he was a founding partner, President and CEO of Vista Research, a leading provider of research services to the financial services industry, which was acquired by Standard & Poor's in 2005. Mr. Green was a Managing Director of Epoch Partners, an investment bank formed in 1999 and later sold to Goldman Sachs in 2001. Mr. Green began his career at Merrill Lynch in the equity derivatives business and spent four years in Morgan Stanley’s institutional derivatives group. He is the Chairman of Investorside, a Board Member of several organizations and is involved in a number of philanthropic activities in New York. He holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College and is active with the Dartmouth Alumni Association.

 

Jon Gates, Director of Research

Jon Gates has been with OTR since its inception in 1995 and is one of the founding partners. Mr. Gates developed OTR's industrial research team and initiated the firm’s international expansion, covering capital equipment, manufacturing, logistics and crop genetics, among other industries. He later directed the OTR Enterprise Technology Group during the Internet boom. Prior to that, Mr. Gates worked for RCM Capital Management as a Heavy Industry senior reporter. He is the published author of four nonfiction works based on historical research and international studies conducted while at College of the Redwoods and Humboldt State University.

 

Mike Hanley, Director of Sales

Mike Hanley joined OTR in 2004 as Director of Sales. Prior to that, he was Director of Research and Director of Sales at NatWest Securities. Mr. Hanley also served as Co-Head of U.S. Equity, Director of Research and Co-Head of Sales at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein. Mr. Hanley holds an A.B. from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from Yale University. He is also an appointee to both West Point and Annapolis.

 

David Ambrose, Director of Trading

Dave Ambrose joined OTR in 2001 and was appointed Director of Trading in 2004. Prior to that he was Co-Head of Institutional Equity Trading for SoundView Technology Group, where he was also a member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee. Mr. Ambrose began his career as an institutional sales trader at Furman Selz Mager Dietz and Birney and served in the same capacity at Prescott, Ball & Turben. Mr. Ambrose holds a B.A. from Boston College.

 

Shannon Fox, Chief Operations Officer, Research

Shannon Fox has been with OTR Global since 1997. Ms. Fox directed the expansion of OTR’s global healthcare team, which covers medical aesthetics, healthcare services, medical devices and therapeutics. Prior to OTR, Shannon served as a public affairs consultant for a coalition of pharmaceutical companies and as a communications manager for a national managed care organization. Shannon holds a master’s degree in business marketing and a bachelor’s in communications.

 

Daniel Blank, Chief Marketing & Business Development Officer

Daniel Blank joined OTR in October 2007. Over the last twenty years, Mr. Blank has served in both a senior executive and consultant capacity to the financial services and technology industries. Prior to joining OTR he was CEO of two separate companies established to help bring research coverage to under-followed public companies: the Independent Research Network, a joint venture between The NASDAQ Stock Market and The Reuters Group, and Bright Meridian International. Prior to that, he was a strategic management consultant in the financial services, healthcare, and IT sectors. Previous management positions on Wall Street include eight years at Instinet Corporation as Senior Vice President and President of Instinet Research. Mr. Blank graduated with a BSBA from the University of Denver.

 

John Hanratty, General Counsel

John Hanratty joined OTR in 2002 and was appointed as Chief Compliance Officer in August 2005. Mr. Hanratty has worked in the compliance and legal departments of Bear Stearns Co. Inc., Prudential Financial Inc. and Herzog Heine Geduld, Inc. Mr. Hanratty holds a B.A. from Fordham University and a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School. He is a member of the New York and New Jersey Bar Associations.

 

Irene Neumansky, Director of Technology

Irene Neumansky began her tenure with OTR in 1996. After building OTR's first website in 1999, she expanded the firm's global digital reach to include multiple sites and robust databases. Mrs. Neumansky designed and developed OTR’s robust proprietary intranet/portal. She holds a B.A. from San Francisco State University and is an active participant in local charities.

 

Jeffrey Yudkoff, Director of Finance

Jeff Yudkoff has been with OTR since its inception in 1995. Prior to that, he worked both in the United States and Europe as Chief Financial Officer for several entertainment companies. Mr. Yudkoff had prior affiliations with the CPA firms of PriceWaterhouse and Satriano & Hilton. Mr. Yudkoff is a licensed CPA and holds a B.S. from Georgetown University and a Masters in Management from Yale University.
